Replace Missing Teeth. Restore Your Smile!
A dental bridge is a fixed dental restoration used to replace one or more missing teeth. It fills the gap with one or more custom-made artificial teeth, supported by neighbouring natural teeth or dental implants.
At Antalya Smile Designs, every bridge is individually planned according to your bite, tooth position, smile line, facial proportions and functional needs. Our in-house laboratory works closely with our dental team to ensure the final restoration is designed for both appearance and function.
Why Might You Need a Dental Bridge?
A bridge may be recommended if you have:
- One or more missing teeth
- A gap affecting your smile or chewing
- Teeth that have been lost or cannot be restored
- A need for a fixed alternative to a removable denture
- Suitable neighbouring teeth that can support a conventional bridge
- Multiple missing teeth where an implant-supported bridge may be appropriate
Replacing a missing tooth is not only about appearance. A well-planned bridge can help restore chewing function, tooth positioning and overall balance of your smile.
How Does a Dental Bridge Work?
The type of bridge depends on the location of the missing tooth, the condition of the surrounding teeth, your bite and your overall oral health.
- Consultation & Assessment
Your dentist evaluates your teeth, gums and bite. X-rays or 3D imaging may be taken when necessary. - Treatment Planning
The appropriate bridge design and supporting teeth or implants are determined. The shape, colour and proportions are planned to complement your natural smile. - Preparation
For a conventional bridge, the supporting teeth are carefully prepared to accommodate the restoration. - Custom Fabrication
Your bridge is designed and produced with close communication between our dental team and in-house laboratory. - Fitting & Final Checks
The completed bridge is fitted and carefully checked for comfort, bite, appearance and function before final placement.
Zirconium Dental Bridges
We frequently use high-quality zirconium for bridges where clinically appropriate because it offers a combination of strength, durability, biocompatibility and an attractive tooth-coloured appearance.
Your dentist will select the most appropriate material according to the clinical requirements of your case rather than using the same solution for every patient.
Our in-house laboratory also allows the dental and laboratory teams to work closely together on:
- Tooth shape and proportions
- Colour and shade
- Alignment
- Smile line
- Bite and function
- Overall harmony with your existing teeth
Implant-Supported Bridges
When several consecutive teeth are missing, an implant-supported bridge may be an alternative to a conventional bridge.
Instead of relying on neighbouring natural teeth, dental implants are used to support the bridge. This can provide a stable fixed solution while avoiding the need to prepare healthy adjacent teeth in suitable cases.
Your dentist will determine whether a conventional or implant-supported bridge is more appropriate after examination and 3D assessment where required.
The Antalya Smile Designs Approach
We don’t simply fill the gap — we plan the restoration around you.
Our approach combines:
Clinical Assessment → Personalised Treatment Planning → In-House Laboratory → Quality Materials → Detailed Aesthetic & Functional Checks
The goal is a bridge that looks natural, feels comfortable and works effectively as part of your overall bite and smile.
Frequently Asked Questions
Will my bridge look natural?
Yes. The shape, colour and proportions are individually designed to achieve a natural-looking result.
How many teeth can a bridge replace?
This depends on the location of the missing teeth, the supporting structures and your bite. Your dentist will recommend the appropriate design after assessment.
Can a bridge be supported by implants?
Yes. Implant-supported bridges can be used when several teeth are missing and the clinical conditions are suitable.
Is a bridge better than an implant?
Neither is universally better. The appropriate solution depends on your remaining teeth, bone, gums, bite, number of missing teeth and long-term treatment goals.
How long does a dental bridge last?
Longevity varies according to the type of bridge, oral hygiene, bite forces and individual circumstances. Regular dental examinations and good oral care are important for maintaining it.
Restore the Gap. Rebuild Your Smile.
If you have missing teeth, our dental team can assess your situation and explain whether a conventional bridge, implant-supported bridge or another treatment option would be most appropriate for you.
Bridge prices
A bridge is priced per unit: a three-unit bridge is three zirconium units. Implant-supported bridges also include the implants.
Prices are per unit unless stated otherwise. Your final price is confirmed by our dentists in Antalya before treatment starts.
