Based on the impressions, mock-ups are tested on the model prepared in laboratories. When the model is approved, preparation of the tooth for bonding starts. Although the duration of the application varies according to the number of teeth to be veneered, the bonding of the teeth takes place in a very short time.

After testing the provisional veneers, dentists make final adjustments and start the process of making the real porcelain. Laminated veneers fixed to the teeth with a special adhesive can be used on the same day. Unless there is a problem with the gums of the patients, laminated veneer treatment ends after 2 or 3 sessions and the patients can start using their new teeth.

Who is Laminated Veneer Treatment Not Recommended for?

Laminated veneer treatment is not recommended for people with conditions such as:

• Severe gingival recession,
• Significant disorders in the jaw structure,
• Habit of clenching teeth during night sleep,
• Habits such as biting nails and pens.
